Deposit & Cancellation Policies

An initial deposit equal to the first night's room rate will be charged to your credit card at time the reservation is placed. A second deposit equal to the balance of the total rental amount, including taxes, will be charged to your credit card 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

We will refund all deposits, less a $25 processing fee, provided we receive email notice of cancellation 14 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Deposits become non-refundable on the 14th day prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel a reservation.
